The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Head Chef to join us. You should have a true passion for food and be a confident leader to manage and inspire your team in a high pressured, fast paced environment. Day time only hours, full time 40 hours per week.
A circa 40 cover restaurant serving food between 8am-3pm. You will be creative and have a desire to continually research and develop menus, along with strong commercial awareness to grow the sales and profit of the Food Hall. Overseeing production of our ready meals, Deli products and Luxury Dining Range, a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to shape and influence the business.
