We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef, managing a team of 6 (including another chef) in a boutique country hotel on the outskirts of Derby. The hotel caters for weddings at the weekends and has a restaurant and conservatory, doing 30 covers a night. You will be given free reign on menus as well as suppliers. A garden on site that can produce fresh fruit, veg and herbs. A real chance for a head chef or a sous chef looking to get into their first Head Chef role to make a mark in a hotel with a great reputation for their food
