£38,000 Based on a 45/55hr weekly rota

Our client is currently looking for experienced Indian Cuisine Head Chef (ideally with a background of Asian buffet/catering but it's not essential) Up to £36k pa.

You will be leading a dedicated brigade creating authentic freshly made Indian dishes for a busy buffet style restaurant, seating up to 400 people. This venue is very popular for exclusive weddings and can accommodate for up to 750 guests

Your Experience

Previous experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef in a fresh busy buffet environment
Have own transport due to location.
Be a hardworking person with a can-do attitude
Have good communication skills
Be guest focused & passionate about food
Be able to work daytime, evenings and weekends
Food Hygiene Level 2
