Salary : £35000 – £40000/annum
Head Chef – Straight Shifts – Restaurant and Function trade – Newton Abbot – £35,000-£40,000pa – Plus Competitive Bonus
We're seeking applications from talented senior chefs looking to work as Head Chef in a popular Newton Abbot venue. You will lead and manage the team of 5 chefs and 4 kitchen assistants in the production and service of restaurant quality dishes using fresh locally sourced seasonal produce.
You will work straight shifts (approximately 40 hours per week) over 5 days catering for restaurant lunches, snack foods and private dinner functions (no function = evening off). You should have a good understanding of seasonal produce, enjoy writing seasonal menus and have a firm understanding of menu pricing to achieve GP targets.
