Our client is a popular gastro pub/restaurant with an excellent reputation, set close to the beach front. They are looking for an enthusiasticHead Chef tocome on board and lead their small brigade. This busy" foodie" pub prides itself on producing everything in house, using only the freshest local produce. The venue has a 100-cover restaurant and outside seating for 50 guests.
Key points needed for this Head Chef role:
Create a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce
Training of Brigade
Financial management of the kitchen
Assisting in the running of FOH and work closely with the GM
