Our client is a thriving food based pub in the centre of Eastbourne. The kitchen prides itself on using fresh incgredients to deliver a high standard of traditional pub food with a strong vegan offering.
The kitchen is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. All food is cooked fresh to order.
We are looking for a qualified chef who has a track record in creating fresh dishes to a high standard and someone who is interested in developing their vegan offering further.
A strong knowledge of food standards and GP's are essential.
Our client would also be open to recieving applications from established franchises as well as contract staff.
