A leading nursing home in the Oxford area is looking to recruit a fully qualified Head Chef to join their kitchen team on a full-time permanent basis, you would be working 3 on 3 off shifts.

As the Head Chef, you will work alongside the Kitchen Team to deliver the best quality cuisine for our residents. With nutrition and hygiene at the forefront of your mind, you will manage health and safety, budgets and orders and ensure the smooth running of the kitchen. You will understand the importance of putting our resident’s nutritional and health needs first and share our ethos of creating an ambient dining experience at every meal time. This all comes together to create a great place to live for our residents and making the Head Chef a vital part of our team.
What we’re looking for in a Head Chef:
* Previous Chef experience is essential for the role
* Good understanding of food hygiene standards
* Good communication, organisational, interpersonal and time-management
