This is a full-time permanent role. The Head Chef will have many duties within the kitchen, including but not limited to.

* Leading a busy kitchen team.

* Working in a team of Chefs.

* Working closely with the Manager and Owner.

* Making rotas/ covering shifts.

* Assisting with all aspects of the kitchen.

* Being a team leader.

* Willingness to learn, develop and progress as the business grows.
