An exciting opportunity for a talented Head Chef to lead a fantastic team at one of Scotland’s finest luxury Hotels.
This Head Chef role is a great opportunity for a great people manager with a passion for great food and people. The Head Chef is responsible for building a motivated team, leading and developing an enthusiastic team with a passion for the preparation and service of fine dining food.
The Role:
Leading, planning, and organising all kitchen departments
Build a motivated team providing an example of enthusiasm and passion
Cultivate an excellent working relationship with the restaurant management team
Provide food that exceeds guests’ expectations whilst ensuring food costs are well managed
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Experience in a similar fine dining environment
Have a passion for delivering an exceptionally high standard of food
