A fresh food restaurant in Brighton is looking to recruit a food focused Head Chef who has led kitchen teams within a high volume, quality-catering operations. Our client recognizes that a good Head Chef is the key ingredient to their success and will heavily invest in you!

Ideal Head Chef
· 1-2 years previous experience as a Head Chef
· Experience of working in a high-volume kitchen
· First-hand knowledge of working with fresh food
· Understanding the importance of consistency
· Good people-management skills
· Be obsessed with food quality and hygiene standards
· Up to date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations
· Will be financially astute
