Head chef required in East Cheshire for a Gastro pub, this is a pub with a fresh menu and seasonal, weekly and daily specials. The Gastro pub serves fantastic produce, good kitchen equipment and they have team socials and other benefits. Head chef £40k + tips (around 43k package) plus bonus/profit bonus.
The role
We are looking for a head chef from a fresh food background to run this busy gastro pub kitchen. You will write the specials for the menu, you will work with suppliers for ideas of seasonal produce to use. You will ensure the team know how to cook the daily special, train new chefs, ensure the EHO paperwork is all done for 5 star on the doors, to ensure the pass works in service and the kitchen is ready for service. This role will include all the standard head chef duties.
