My client is on the hunt for an experienced head chef to join there large brand new purpose built nursing home.
This home is a brand new service and still in the process of being commissioned, the nursing home is a high end 5* facility providing old age and physical disability to a max of 80 residents.
However, they have 35 residents at present. The home sports a full complement of staff within the kitchen team, sous chef, kitchen assistant and pot washes in place. They now need an experienced head chef to join their team. Candidates must have the following experience to be considered:
* Experience as a head chef
* Experience managing a team
* Experience with complexed diets
