We have a new opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to join our successful team at our luxury care home Edwalton Manor, Edwalton, Nottingham
The successful applicant will be/have…
* 2 years’ experience as a Head Chef
* City & Guilds in catering
* Experience of working in a high end care home or healthcare environment
* Be able to produce high quality food from fresh
* Budget experience
* Manage a small team of chefs and kitchen assistants
* Understand dietary requirements for our elderly residents
