D&R Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Head Chef for an airline catering company, This is a very unique role that allows you to work with some of the finest ingredients working with great attention to detail but still allows you to manage a great team and have input into the company.
The ideal candidate:
* Able to cook with fresh ingredients.
* Flexible
* Team player
* Have great attention to detail.
* Great customer service
* Adhere to very strict food standards and able to keep paperwork up to date daily.
* Manage team rotas.
* Work with the management team to create new dishes.
* Have a positive attitude.
* Manage stock levels.
* Conduct supplier meetings, gaining the finest quality ingredients in line with company requirements.
* Management of the kitchen team.
* Must be able to show a solid 5-year work history.
* Due to the location, you must have your own transport
