Head Chef – £19 – £25ph – Flexible Working
Lobster Recruitment are currently looking to bring on a number of Head Chefs to work alongside us at our Sussex based clients. Our chefs are offered work within a range of different venues, giving them a choice of hours and menus to work from.
Due to the nature of the shifts on offer we have a reduced number of split shifts, meaning you are not required to work as late while still being paid for the entirety of you working day.
About You:
· Experience working at head Chef Level
· DBS (Desired but not essential)
· Drivers Licence or own transport (desired but not essential)
· Experience running a kitchen alone
