A fresh food gastro pub in Oxford is looking to recruit a food focused Head Chef who has led kitchen teams within a high volume, quality-catering operations.
Our client recognizes that a good Head Chef is the key ingredient to their success and will give you the opportunity to add to their success by building your kitchen team and creating seasonal menus using fresh produce.

Ideal Chef
· 1-2 years previous experience as a Head Chef
· Experience of working in a high-volume kitchen
· First-hand knowledge of working with fresh food
· Understanding the importance of consistency
· Good people-management skills
· Be obsessed with food quality and hygiene standards
· Up to date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations
· Will be financially astute
