Head Chef (Abu Dhabi)

Salary : £12000/annum
A luxury international restaurant group are recruiting for a Head Chef for their Abu Dhabi restaurant. The Head Chef will lead a team of 20 Chefs and deliver a high-quality menu as well as motivate the staff to provide excellent service.
Our client, will offer 12,000 UAE Dirhams per month plus an attractive benefit package!
This is a full-time permanent role – this role will be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The successful post holder will be expected to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key duties:
Managing, leading and working closely with all other chefs
Controlling and directing the food preparation process
Approving all dishes before they are served
Creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
Determining food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
Ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
Managing and overseeing all health and safety
Being responsible for food hygiene practices
