We are delighted to be working in partnership with this amazing Rowing Club in Henley on Thames and have been given the task of finding a new Head Chef for their amazing Oxfordshire venue. This riverside venue has over 200 years of history and really is a one stop shop for its members, boasting luxury rooms, extensive banqueting, al-fresco dining & drinks areas and an amazing restaurant set up. As a member, you are able to take advantage of the many events that take place on site, as well as relax and enjoy good company & hospitality.

As their Head Chef, you will oversee a small team of passionate chefs overseeing all food for the summer deck, banqueting and also restaurant. They use the very best of produce, most of which is locally sourced. This Head Chef role will give you FULL autonomy, including menus, just as long as you can work to the business model of the club. The menu needs to features fresh fish, various meat dishes, vegan and of course, vegetarian.

We are looking for a Head Chef from a small hotel operation, or someone with a little function experience. It is essential that you can also run a-la-carte and are classically trained. We are looking for a Head Chef that is a real leader, someone that can really take the bull by the horns, taking the food offering to the next step.
