The role of Head Chef will be focussed on delivering exceptional food standards, leading and developing a team of passionate chefs, and seasonal menu development.
The ideal candidate will be:
Highly skilled in full kitchen management
Have strong financial knowledge and be able to deliver a strong GP
A genuine leader and lift others up
