We are looking for experienced, qualified Head Chefs and Chef De Parties to join our prestigious clients in the Rugby area, within Private Care Homes, Public Schools and Corporate Businesses.
You will be the first in command for creating and inspecting dishes before they arrive to the customer ensuring high quality and contentment, whilst approving and polishing the dishes. Directly controlling the food preparation process and any other relative activities. Constructing menus with new and existing culinary creations ensuring variety and quality of the servings. You will also oversee the planning of equipment and ingredient purchases keeping in line with budget, keeping the Kitchen and stations hygienic and sanitised to current Food safety regulations.
