Head chef required for a Pan Asian Restaurant within England (this role is in a nice down in England, with Live in). If you are looking for a kitchen you can be creative, have a good salary & live in a place that is quitter then London – This role is for you. Head chef, £50-65k basic + service/tips & Live in. The kitchen has 3-4 chefs in the team and is a dinner only service. (THIS ROLE IS OUTSIDE OF LONDON however is Live in)
The role
As a Head chef you will bring your theatre skills and flair for cooking to the table. You will train and develop your team to be creative and push the creative bars. This role will include creating menus, training the team, being the face to the kitchen side, ensure the sections are ready for service and run the pass in service. This role will include all the normal head chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a Head chef from a creative Japanese background, sushi knowledge and able to cook with a Asian twist.
