We are currently recruiting for an amazing Head Chef positions working in our clients truly first-class holiday resorts.
Do you have experience of working within a large volume catering environment? If so, my client is a leading holiday park group who are looking for an experienced Chef to work in an amazing and exciting holiday atmosphere.

Can prepare ingredients, cook meals and plate dishes on hotel menus as required throughout your shift

Have the ability to deputise in the chefs absence
Can ensure a high standard of hygiene & cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation
Have a cool head and embrace responsibility
An ability to delegate appropriately
Used to working well under pressure; as no 2 days are the same
Self-motivated and adaptable
Ensuring the working environment is safe and clean yet fun and positive
UpToDate with the food and safety regulations
