Head Chef – Private Family Members
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £50000 – £65000/annum
Our client is a family orientated private members club who have a very unique restaurant attached to them which provide a wide range of cuisine ethically sourced and provides a great experience to their customers.
They are currently looking to hire a Head Chef who can come and manage the restaurant on a daily basis, motivate the staff, design menus, deliver quality food and service across the private members area as well as events which will take place at the venue.
This is a unique venue in the middle of St Johns Wood north London and would be a great opportunity for an inspirational Head chef to report to and work closely with the F&B Manager to really help drive the quality and overall presence of the restaurant in the area.
The restaurant is currently open Monday to Sunday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no evenings, however they may look to add a couple of late services going forward.
This would suit someone that has strong management skills and can show a track record of success
