We are looking to recruit a Head chef for one of Oxford's most flagship, destination gastro pubs, based in a village location 10 mins South East of Oxford. The business is privately owned and over the last 20 years, has cemented itself as one of the Counties most popular destination eateries.
Their Head Chef has recently put in his notice and will be relocating for family reasons. With that comes an amazing opportunity for a talented, passionate Head Chef wanting to showcase their culinary expertise to the highest level possible.
The kitchen will be yours. How its run, set up and the food that leaves the pass will all be under your control. We are looking for a Head chef for this Oxfordshire business that can 'flex' with the owners and really work with them to take the food offering to the next level.
The kitchen is very well equipped to cater for their 60 cover restaurant and 40 outside.
We are looking for a Head chef in Oxfordshire that has some exposure to an AA Rosette kitchen at some point, as the business in the past has held 1 & 2AAR for quite a long time.
The food offering is British, fresh and seasonal, as expected.
We would also consider a Sous Chef from a top eatery wanting to take on their first kitchen, showcasing their own food.
This role is paying a base salary of £45K.
