The Company:
Our client was formed to bring delicious fresh food to the town of Maldon. They provide elegant food in a relaxed setting.
The Role:
They are looking to appoint a good Sous Chef or Head Chef to join their team. The hours are Wednesday to Saturday (phone number removed) plus 3-4 hours prep some Tuesdays.
Role Responsibilities:
Working in a fine dinging Brasserie
Maintaining the high standards set out
Running your given section.
Creating new dishes.
Working in a safe and hygienic manner.
Training junior member of staff
Essential Skills & Requirements:
You will need to have experience within the advertised roles and have a professional and approachable persona.
You also need to have excellent customer service manner and work well under pressure.
Willing to accept a good sous chef to progress as a head chef.
