Your Role: Head of Paid Media

Main Responsibilities:

Own and elevate the Paid Media function, the catalyst behind growth across B2B and B2C realms, spanning e-commerce and lead-generation channels.
Be the captain of strategy, driving daily operations, and steering a multimillion media budget to exceed targets.
Translate advertising performance into senior-level insights, arming the board with your valuable analyses.
Nurture, empower, and expand a league of paid media experts, fostering a culture of relentless growth.
Keep the strategy at the forefront, nurturing relationships with media partners, and seizing the latest industry evolutions. Requirements:

5+ years in Paid Media, including 3+ years in team management and strategic ownership.
A trailblazer with 7-figure budgets, a master of Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
Dexterity across B2B and B2C domains, with a knack for scaling high-growth businesses and global markets.
An extraordinary communicator, weaving relationships within and beyond our walls.
Detail-driven, analytically sharp, and a guardian of privacy and attribution knowledge.
