Main Responsibilities:

Lead and elevate the Paid Media function, driving growth across B2B and B2C realms, spanning e-commerce and lead-generation channels.
Craft and execute a multimillion media budget strategy to exceed targets.
Translate advertising performance into senior-level insights, empowering the board with your analyses.
Cultivate and expand a team of paid media experts, fostering a culture of relentless growth.
Keep the strategy at the forefront, nurturing relationships with media partners and staying ahead of industry trends. Requirements:

5+ years in Paid Media, including 3+ years in team management and strategic ownership.
Proficiency across major platforms: Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
Expertise in B2B and B2C domains, with a proven track record in scaling high-growth businesses and global markets.
Exceptional communication skills, building relationships within and beyond our walls.
Detail-oriented, analytically sharp, and well-versed in privacy and attribution knowledge.
