Understand and deliver all contractual specification and terms (if applicable).
Communicate to line manager.
Communicate regularly with Account Manager through meetings and written communications.
Action plans are developed and delivered are completed following all client satisfaction surveys.
Always promote the unit and act as a Compass Advocate.
To ensure the team are polite, professional and friendly always with customers, clients and colleagues
Complete labour schedule within the labour budget
Effectively minimise any agency and overtime spend
Adjust labour schedule in line with sales
Analyse and manage effectively all in unit costs
Ensure budgets are understood and achieved ensure all costs are managed effectively within budget Who you are:
Operational experience in a restaurant or catering environment
A team player and able to support the team in the daily operation as and when required
The ability to be equally proactive and reactive when required using a business mindset to consider all possible outcomes using business base thought processes
A basic knowledge of P&L that you want to build upon for your own personal development
Experience managing multiple outlets
Eye for detail
Computer literate
Strong communication skills to both management, team members and customers.
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work to strict pressured deadlines
Able to communicate at all levels
Flexible working hours including weekends, bank holidays andoccasional evenings

It is imperative that Unity Place is positioned for success in attracting the desired target audiences to experience the various outlets and event spaces, adding value to all stakeholders within Unity Place and raising the bar on guest experiences within the visitor attraction and workplace sectors
