We are urgently looking for Head Pastry Chef.

Location: Greenford
Salary: 35-38k (Depending on the experience)
Duration: Permanent / Fulltime

Ensure all dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented according to the recipes.
Heading a team of 6-10 staff.
Working on new product development.
Prepare and update all culinary operations manuals.
Review all costings on a quarterly basis in order to guarantee the best product at the best pricing.
ensure daily/weekly reports are completed in a timely manner and communicated efficiently
