My client, a specialist education provider within the business sector who are Ofsted Grade 2 are seeking a Health and Social Care Assessor Trainer on a full time permanent basis.
The trainer assessor will be covering Suffolk (and / or Norfolk) (and potentially the surrounding areas) and the company are recruiting due to a significant rise in student numbers.
The learners are apprentices therefore mainly 16- 19 year olds and are based in companies, they are doing apprenticeships in Health and Social Care (adult care). The caseload you will be responsible for is roughly 40 students. The numbers may vary, depending on student intakes in the area. They alternate between 1 face to face visit and 1 online remote visit. It will be a case of managing own number of learners and diary. The students submit their reports and essays online using e-portfolios.
Requirements:
Have a Level 3 in Health and Social Care minimum, ideally a level 5
You must have your TAQA Assessors qualification or equivalent
Access to a car and driving licence, and also preferable experience in work-based learning/ assessing.
You must live somewhere in Suffolk / Norfolk and happy to travel to visit learners
