Health and Safety Business Support Manager – Education – West Midlands, Warks, Herefordshire – £32,000 per annum plus company van/car & fuel card
My client is a catering specialist within the Education sector.
An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Health & Safety Business Support Manager to improve safety across the sector and support the implementation of safety processes across the schools in the area.
Reporting to the Business Director, you will offer advice and support, utilise your knowledge and experience to establish and maintain Health & Safety systems for the schools/staff. You will play an active role in mobilisation through to retention, assisting Area Managers with H&S set up, ensuring all policies and processes are clearly understood.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Health and Safety, preferably from within the Catering and Education sector. You will have extensive and up to date knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and accreditation systems. You will have obtained your Level 3 Food Safety or an Environmental Health degree aswell as NEBOSH General Certificate (diploma preferred) IOSH and experience coaching or mentoring teams.
