Temporary Helpdesk administrator role in Facilities Management Industry
We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our facilities management team as a temporary Helpdesk administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls and providing first-line support to clients in the City of London.
Helpdesk administrator responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual using our Helpdesk software.
* Logging calls and creating service requests in the helpdesk system.
* Providing first-line support to clients with general queries and issues through the Helpdesk software.
* Monitoring and escalating urgent or high-priority issues to the appropriate team members using our Helpdesk software.
* Maintaining accurate records of all calls and interactions in our Helpdesk system.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar Helpdesk administrator role, preferably within the facilities management industry.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure our clients receive the best Helpdesk support.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure while using our Helpdesk software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team using our Helpdesk software.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications that can be used with our Helpdesk software.
* Flexibility to work Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
