We have two amazing opportunities for people who would like to develop a career in a prestigious North-West Water Utilities company. This company keeps the taps flowing and the toilets flushing for 7 million homes and 200,000 businesses across the North West. You can expect to earn a fantastic rate of pay, plus you don’t need any qualifications to be considered, just a great work ethic and a fantastic attitude.
What’s the catch? Well this is not a job for the faint-hearted. To be successful, you will need to be prepared to get down and dirty (literally!). You’ll be going underground into confined spaces and once there, will be jet-washing in extremely dirty and often smelly environments. You’ll also need a high level of physical fitness because the job involves a fair amount of manual labour including digging.
That said you’ll earn a great rate of pay £11.29 – £22.58 per hour!
The start time on this contract is Monday to Thursday 06.30 -17.00pm with an early finish on Friday at 15.00pm.
Overtime rate starts at 17:00 (15:00 on Fridays) until mid-night at time and half, then its double time until 6.30am
Saturdays is paid at time and half until 5pm then its double time
Sundays is paid at double time
Bank Holidays is paid at double time plus day off in lieu plus travel allowance
The client will invest huge amounts in training for you from jet washing to working in confined spaces and possibly even HGV Driving training on our upskill programme.
As well as a lucrative weekly wage you’ll also accrue a generous amount of holiday pay.
