Basic Salary: £44,720pa
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday – 21:00-07:00 or 20:00-06:00
Location: Nottingham
For the HGV Technician role you will need to have prior experience working within a dealership or fleet maintenance environment and be able to operate well independently and in a team environment. Any overtime completed after your initial 40 hours will be at time and a half £34.50.
Responsibilities of an HGV Technician
·Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards.
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment.
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.
Skills and Qualifications of an HGV Mechanic
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician
·HGV licence is an advantage
