About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Landscape Gardener to join our Clients prestigious landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful, high-end gardens for our Clients discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and maintain luxurious garden landscapes
* Select and care for a wide variety of plants, trees, and shrubs
* Perform expert pruning, trimming, and shaping of vegetation
* Install and maintain irrigation systems and water features
* Manage soil health and implement fertilization programs
* Oversee and execute hardscaping projects (e.g., patios, walkways)
* Provide expert advice to clients on plant care and garden maintenance
* Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and vehicles
* Supervise and train junior gardening staff as needed
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of professional experience in high-end landscaping or gardening
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Extensive knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscape design principles
* Proficiency in using various gardening tools and equipment
* Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional quality
Qualifications:
* Degree or certification in Horticulture, Landscape Design, or related field preferred
* Specialized certifications (e.g., pruning, pest management) are a plus
