Salary : £11.10 – £13.10/hour
HOME CARE ASSISTANTS – UP TO £13.10PH!
Our client is a leading not for profit social care organisation, who have exciting opportunities for a home care assistant to join their team. You will be supporting clients with a variety of needs in their own homes in Bournemouth and Christchurch.
As this is a field-based role, it is essential all applicants hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A HOME CARE ASSISTANT
A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients
Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential as full training is provided
Holder of a driving licence with access to a vehicle
Business insurance on vehicle or happy to obtain it
Flexible in the hours you can work and able to work every other weekend
Able to work independently and as part of a team
RESPONSABILITIES OF A HOME CARE ASSISTANT
Identifying the needs and abilities of our clients and providing physical and emotional support
Assisting with medication, meal preparation and domestic duties
Supporting with community visits (shopping and leisure trips)
Regular communications with the office support team

£11.10 per hour week days and £13.10 per hour weekends
