Job Overview:
As a home trainer you will be reporting to the Home Manager and will be responsible for:
Co-ordinating Internal Inductions using the Majesticare Model of Induction. Using the Train the Trainer knowledge and skills to deliver Training to all team members. Monitoring Training Statistics ensuring that these are in line with Majesticare Training Policy and Procedure.
Conducting ad-hoc training when necessary to ensure staff skills are up to date.
Liaising and assisting the Home Manager with organising external trainings when these are required.

Requirements:
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social care
Experience in Residential Care homes
