This role sits within our stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menu's. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.
We are seeking casual hospitality assistants to join our team. We have various front of house roles available, ranging from bar staff, food waiters as well as wine & drink hosts.
As a Hospitality Assistant, your responsibilities will include the cleanliness and presentation of the area that you are working in, ensuring they are stocked at all times, and creating a welcoming environment for customers. In addition, you will keep up to date with menus, making sure our customers and clients are up to date with all special offers. Along with colleagues, you will ensure COSHH, food safety, and H&S are followed.
Profile: Essential skills and experience required for the role of Hospitality Assistant are as follows:
– An adept team player
– Previous bar and/or waiting experience within a fast paced environment is desirable
– Confident, able to deal with and handle large groups
– Great customer service & communication skills
