Interaction Recruitment are looking for a Hospitality Manager to work for one of their clients, a Golf Club based in Retford.
The role will include Managing the Bar and Catering area as well as running Hospitality Nights and Events hosted at the club. Therefore, you must have previous experience including:
-Working in bars, handling stock and managing the cellar.
-Line cleaning and cellar management
-Hospitality catering
-Working as part of a team.
-Staff employment/management
-Managing a budget
-Working flexible hours
Strengths and skills required for this role are:
-Supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
-Evidence of managing performance
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Excellent verbal communication skills.
-A confident, friendly and personable manner.
-High level of discretion and trustworthiness
-Basic IT skills
-Strong problem-solving skills.
Hours for the role will vary throughout the year but full details of Bar and Club opening hours can be provided. The role will include weekend work and evening work so flexibility is essential.
