What you’ll do
No two days will be the same, as a Team Member you’ll cover a wide range of customer-facing duties across the hostel, delivering an excellent service to all guests and visitors, which includes:-
Supporting the reception, managing bookings, and providing an informative and positive service to all customers.
Carrying out daily cleaning and housekeeping duties
Assist with both front and back of house kitchen/catering functions
What you’ll need
Previous experience of working within a hospitality or customer-focused industry would be desirable, but not essential.
Good planning and organisation skills
Experience in working with Microsoft / IT systems
A can-do attitude with a willingness to ‘muck-in’
Other Information
Hourly Rate of Pay – £10.85ph
Hours – 35 hours
Working Pattern – 5 out of 7 days – Morning shift (7am-3pm) and afternoon shift (3pm-11pm) shift.
Holidays – 28 days including bank holidays
