Amazing opportunity located in the heart of Chelsea, our client had the first restaurant to bring this authentic Italian cuisine to London is looking for a receptionist /host.

General duties

The Host/Hostess is responsible for:

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Fluent English is a must for this role, Italian language it’s a plus.

* Welcoming and seating guests

* Allocating tables on booking platform

* Making reservations over the phone and in person

* Ensuring all menus are prepared for the service

* Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

* Detail-oriented and attentive, ensuring accuracy in maintaining records and managing schedules.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team, demonstrating leadership qualities.

* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

* Receive and distribute mail and packages, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

* Maintain a tidy and organized lobby/Reception area, ensuring it reflects our company's brand and values.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Working days: 40 hours /5 days per week

ward assistants/ waiters to work in a hospital in Chelsea/South Kensington area, the job is full time, and DBS is required- however we can apply for one in our office
