We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced "hands on" Hotel Operations Manager to join the team at a beautiful 4 Star hotel based just on the outskirts of Chester
We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to achieving standards of service excellence throughout all departments of the venue with a focus on the Restaurant, Bar and Conference & Banqueting teams.
Our customer journey is important to us and therefore, we're looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude.
Your day to day responsibilities as a Hotel Operations Manager;
Ensuring all standards are met with keen attention to detail
you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day to day
running of this busy property
Motivating the team, communicating effectively with all departments
You will be working alongside our General Manager to achieve the financial targets
Maintain the health and safety of the operation alongside other administrative roles.
Who are we looking for to be our Hotel Operations Manager;
You must have clear, effective communication skills and a focused, yet approachable management style is essential for this role.
You will be an adaptable Operations Manager within a similar-sized property, or a senior member of the operations team looking for their next step.
You will be a key ambassador, passionately promoting the hotel
Exceptional level of numeracy and literacy skills
Strong ability to work under pressure
Able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the hotel operations
