Situated in the heart of the academically and culturally vibrant city of Oxford, this college is looking for an HR Advisor, who shares their passion for life and learning.
This full-time, temporary HR Advisor role (6 months starting) will draw on your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail and confidentiality. You’ll also work alongside colleagues on performance management, employee relations, training and development, and policy development.
If you’ve worked as an HR Advisor before, you probably already know what to expect: provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. Advice will be in line with current legislation, best practice, organisational policies and procedures to the Head, Bursar, Head of Juniors, the Senior Leadership Team, line managers and teaching and non-teaching staff.
Previous experience within a education background, in a HR role, would also be ideal, though this is not essential. The role will also involve Hybrid working arrangements, whereby you work part of the time remotely.
