Job Description
Our client, a successful food supplier to the healthcare, education, and local authority sectors is looking for an ambitious HR Assistant/HR Advisor who is keen to progress their career across a broad range of generalist duties, including the implementation of new systems (payroll) and learning and development with engaging learning and development programmes, employee relations; assistance with recruitment, coaching and project work as required.
Salary: Up to £30k

* Twenty three days holiday a year and that goes up by another three after three years’ service.
* AE Pension with matched contributions (If employee puts in 6 company will match to 6)
* Flex benefits annual pot (£1300) which can be spent on PMI, dental plans, or buying additional holidays (dependent on experience and grade recruited at)
* Plus bonus depending on the level of Salary and what grade a successful candidate is placed on (DOE and grade).
Required qualifications and experience:
* Certificate in Personnel Practice – CIPD qualification
* Preferably industry experience in service.
* A self-starter, preferably with supervisory/management skills.
* Able to demonstrate continuous professional development in areas of employment legislation, training and development.
* Excellent communicator
* Organisation skills
* High level of commitment and flexibility

* Ability to remain level headed under pressure.
