We are seeking an ICT Architect for a leading broadcasting company who connect content to audiences via an agile, innovative, and flexible technology infrastructure, operating in TV markets all over the world and with major clients such as BBC and ITV

As a member of the Global Infrastructure Architecture team, the ICT Architect will contribute to the roadmap of infrastructure designs and own the design work for specific product and customer solutions. Working closely and developing positive relationships with teammates both locally and within other countries.

The company implements applications using a single global unified infrastructure and architectural strategy and as an ICT Architect, you will take ownership and be responsible for design and delivery of components according to this strategy.

The ICT Architect would be responsible for:

* Creating complete end to end Infrastructure Technical Designs for the client’s platforms and applications, including non-functional requirements.

* Ensuring alignment to design and security standards and influence solutions towards the infrastructure future state model.

* Collaborating with other technical specialists, and with the infrastructure delivery & operations teams to deliver solutions.

* Working with the implementation teams to ensure that delivered solutions match customer and stakeholder requirements and any other tasks needed to ensure successful delivery towards the end customer, including documentation and handover to support.

We would be interested with speaking with candidates holding any of the following skills:

* Design and deployment of broadcast and media applications on a common infrastructure platform, ideally in a Cisco ACI network environment.

* Deployment of applications and infrastructure using automation tools & techniques.

* Architecture and use of Microsoft Active Directory (on-premise and Azure), ADFS, SAML and associated authentication techniques for identity, access and privilege management.

* Microsoft SQL architecture and integration of core infrastructure technologies.

* Microsoft Windows security and system hardening for servers/desktop/laptops and Windows server clustering.

* VMware, Hyper-V, and other Virtualisation Technologies.

* Linux architecture, security & integration with Active Directory.

* Basic knowledge in core enterprise network design & infrastructure.

* Storage hardware including NAS & SAN environments.

* Basic understanding of AWS & Azure capabilities.

Start Date: November 2023

Contract Duration: January 2024 (Possibility of extension)

Location: White City, London (Hybrid working model for relevant roles)

IR35 STATUS: INSIDE IR35

Day Rate: Negotiable
