Intermediate Level M&E Services Manager – Fitout

Salary : £40000 – £45000/annum Plus Travel, Bonus, BUPA, Pension

Our client are an established main contractor. They are looking for an M&E (you can be either Mechanically or Electrically Biased) Building Services Manager to work with an established Senior Services Manager, overseeing M&E installation on a fit-out projects in London. The role would suit a career-focussed individual looking to take the next step in their career with a large main-contractor. The role offers an exceptional opportunity to build your future with a lading regional main contractor.
This position would suit someone either Mechanically or Electrically qualified with two to six years of Building Services Engineering experience with a sub-contractor specialising in the fit out or refurbishment market.
The role requires both Mechanical and Electrical knowledge, but you could be qualified in either discipline.
A location convenient for Central London would be ideal. Our client is looking for someone client-facing and professionally motivated who is keen to develop their career in M&E with a Main Contractor. Your ability to manage sub-contractors will be important.
