Intermediate Level Mechanical Estimator

This is an interesting role for an Intermediate Level Mechanical Services Estimator.
Our client is ideally looking for someone with between 1 and 3 years Mechanical Building Services Estimating Experience, looking to take the next step forwards with their career. There are excellent opportunities to progress and our client is very much looking to recruit someone looking to take their career forward. You will be working as part of a team.
Our client is a very long established Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering Contractor employing approx. 100 staff in their modern offices. They are involved in a range of interesting work focussed on Central London, including commercial fitout, retail, sports and leisure and government work. They do not do residential projects. Projects typically range between 1M and 6M in services value. It will be helpful if you can drive or live locally, as their office is not close to a station.
Ideally, our client is looking for someone with more than one year of Mechanical Estimating experience with an M&E Sub-contractor, although it is possible your Estimating Experience could have come from a similar field
