Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £16.81 – £17.81/hour
Connect2Kent are looking for a Internal Communications Temp for a ongoing temporary assignment with KCC working within the Engagement & Internal Communications Team.
The role is working from home, and working 30 hours per week. The work pattern will be flexible, providing the hours worked allow for the individual to make the connections they need to with colleagues to deliver the role.
Purpose of the Job:
To lead on the development and production of creative resources and messaging to support campaign activity around Strategic Reset Programme, Organisation Values and Inclusion.
Main duties & responsibilities:
Source and produce a range of staff stories, for us across digital channels (Share-point, Intranet, e-newsletter, Teams), which will include coordinating films, photography and drafting copy.
Work with colleagues across the organisation to source and approve content and liaise with colleagues in ICT and design on the values campaign activity.
Work with other members of the internal communications team to support production of campaign materials and storytelling for the campaign areas set out above.Person specification:
Experience of delivering creative internal communications campaigns across a range of channels.
Ability to work confidently with a range of stakeholders
Understands the need for timely planning and is comfortable to lead aspects of work to ensure they are prioritised.
Experience of using and editing intranet platform (Share-point)
