Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £40000 – £45000/annum
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a growing business as they look to recruit for a permanent Internal Recruiter. This is a full time role, offering hybrid working with the office situated in Hendon.
The role will be responsible for supporting the attraction strategy and will have responsibility for pro actively resourcing candidates to fulfil the company's recruitment requirements.The role will also involve building strong stakeholder relationships internally to deliver a high quality internal recruitment service.
Key responsibilities but not limited to:
·Support line managers to develop a Talent Acquisition strategy, setting KPI's and devising plans with specific activities to help meet the KPI's set.
·Utilising all available resources to build up a network of potential candidates, with a proven ability to head hunt.
·Work closely with line managers to understand the roles and responsibilities within their areas ensuring that the most appropriate resourcing tools and techniques are used.
·Ensure that the end to end recruitment process is diverse and inclusive.
·Constantly evaluating the resourcing successes and failures, ensuring the activities are focused on the most successful methods for each role.
We are looking for:
·Significant experience gained within a Resourcing either Internal or Agency.
·Strong experience recruiting for permanent, salaried roles with a focus on head hunting.
·Previous experience of supporting a recruitment/talent acquisition strategy or plan.
·Knowledge, skills and experience of utilising different recruitment methods to attract the best talent with a proven background head hunting candidates.
·Drive and a sense of urgency, with the ability to respond quickly to requirements.
·The ability to build and manage relationships with external providers and contacts.
