Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Account Manager to join a modern, successful company based in Nottingham, that specialises in the wrapping and printing industry.
The successful candidate must also be an excellent team player and communicator with a passion for delivering great customer service as well as good business results. Experience in the sales market and the desire to deliver uncompromised performance and customer satisfaction are essential, in addition to effective communication skills at all levels, you will be provided with ongoing training, a great remuneration package and support from a great team.
Reporting to the office manager, the successful applicant will generate, receive, and process telephone calls and emails relating to sales orders, and quotes as well as handle any customer enquiries.
Main Duties:
* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
* Inputting of orders & process of card payments
* Customer Care
* Raise, manage, and follow up on quotations.
* Answer questions about product specifications and pricing
* Take technical queries and source correct information.
* Identifying potential leads
* Follow up / contact promptly and professionally in response to customer correspondence or feedback.
* Log, maintain & resolve customer issues and complaints.
* Responsible for keeping up to date with information stored on the company database.

* Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role in the printing industry
